7am Solutions LLC designed and developed the Weather Wear App as an ad supported App. This App is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page describes our policies around the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data of anyone who uses the App.

By using the App, You agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. All collected information is used for providing and improving the App. We will not use or share Your information with anyone except as described in this policy.

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

For a better experience, while using the App We may collect from You certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Device ID, App interaction, Usage Data, and Crash Data. This information will be retained by Us and used as described in this policy.

Log Data

When You use the App, analytics data about the actions You have taken in the App and how the App responded are collected from Your Device's Log Data. This includes general use of the App and any crashes that may occur. Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to Your Device from the websites that You visit and are stored on Your Device's internal memory.

This App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case We discover that a child under 13 has provided Us with Personal Information, We immediately delete this from our servers. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Information, please contact Us so that We will be able to take necessary actions.
